Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Throughout your program I track your progress. You came with a specific goal in mind and it is my job to see that you reach that goal. My clients appreciate my stern yet fun manner and always feel accomplished after their session.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was really inspired to start my business when I met people who couldn't do a single push-up or pull-up. In a world where obesity is on the rise and people spend most of their time at a desk, I want to empower you use your body, get strong, be healthy and feel great.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people reach their goal is a gift. Too many people feel alone in their fitness journey and I want to motivate them to love their body again. The look on someone's face after they do a pullup for the first time or when they tell me they have inspired someone is priceless.
