A little about me, in case you don't already know :) I've worked with many women; by teaching them the correct exercises, providing video tutorials on how to do exercises, changing their diets, and helping them transform not only their bodies, but their lives. My clients regularly tell me their confidence has skyrocketed, they feel more comfortable in their skin, and love the way they look.
I also only take on a few clients at a time, so I can focus on getting ALL my clients results with customized diets and workouts. Unlike most coaches who take on hundreds of clients at a time and give everyone the same diet and workouts :( My goal is to work closely with each client and help them achieve all of their goals. I work with women who are working out for the first time every up to advanced athletes trying to take their body to the very next level. I have a broad range of experience with body types and fitness levels.
