Chicken is the star at Buff Buffalo, whether it's sitting inside a biscuit slathered with gravy, nestled among lettuce leaves in a salad, or standing center stage on a plate with nothing but sauce to keep it company. All of the chicken is locally farmed with no hormones or preservatives. Read on for a few highlights:
- Wings come boneless or bone-in with your choice of over a dozen sauces.
- Chicken burgers are served on either a brioche bun or a waffle bun, unless you opt for the "Brotein," which comes between two chicken breasts.
- The Tornado Potato: All sides are made traditionally, including Buff Buffalo's most popular side. These spiral-cut fried potatoes can be dressed up with cheese and bacon for an additional cost.
- Cooking style: Chicken, tri tips, hot links, and burgers are cooked on an open flame mesquite fire pit while pork and beef ribs are smoked with fruit and oak wood.
