Easy friendly people. Very happy and will definitely be back
Love this place my boy got his first haircut and he and I were both happy my girl will visit next
A little expensive for the large dog bath and "groom".
Nice facility! Really friendly!
Friendly staff (maybe a little too friendly?). Neighborhood is dodgy and seems incongruous to the well-appointed amenities of this facility. If they move closer to Ventura Blvd. I can see this business being successful.
Very nice to the dog and she looks wonderful.
I called before going there because I was at a carwash ask the girl if the groom when was ready for my dog at 4:30 exactly she said yes you need to come right now so I left with my car wet and went there to groomer came out and said she was running half hour to 45 minutes late they would not very pleasant I went to the bathroom there was poop on the floor on the way there there was no paper towels I told her about it she looked at my dog and told me she was very mad at and I said yeah just buzzer off I don't care get the mats a few hours later she called me and said she was starting my dog and that she would have to charge me 20 more dollars because it was not considered a grooming and I said you already looked at my dog and I told you to buzz it now if you were going to stand there and comb out all the math I could understand paying more the 4t 30 appointment for my poor little five pound dog she was not ready even at 8 o'clock when I went there to pick her up what kind of business is that if I haven't gotten the coupon I would have immediately left went back to the bathroom and there was no paper towels again I'm sorry but if this is the kind of Groupon's you sell I surely will not do business with you again h

From Our Editors
Before there was Dog Resort, with its 16,000 square feet of space for dogs to play and sleep, there was a golden retriever puppy named Max. Given the fact that Max was a puppy and not a monk, he had a hard time staying at home alone while his humans went to work—and his humans in turn had a hard time leaving Max behind. So the humans came up with an answer: they opened one of the largest boarding, training, daycare, and grooming facilities in the valley and outfitted it with a professional staff that's on call 24/7. Now, thanks to temperature-controlled environments and non-slip flooring, Max is able to work comfortably with his humans and greets new dog friends of all breeds.
