Edward's Fitness Gym packs a lot of power into a relatively small space. Experienced, attentive personal trainers instruct gym-goers on the best ways to carry out an exercise, working with each client's ability level and goals to ensure the best workout possible. The boutique gym's trainers carry out this mission in one-on-one training, in small groups of two or three, and in boot-camp-style classes for up to 10. Classes use a range of equipment, including the Power Plate, from brands such as TRX and Life Fitness.
