Hiking Yoga's founder, Eric Kipp, assembles a group of spry yogis several times a week before he puts more than a decade's worth of outdoor fitness experience to use. Students join Eric and other skilled teachers for rousing cardio, strength building, and flexibility training while hiking the hills of the Bay Area and stopping in scenic spots to do yoga. Classes are available throughout the week, and an online schedule makes it easy to sign up for your upcoming class, find time to witness some of the lesser-seen vistas of the area and achieve an impactful workout. Eric also supplies yoga mats and staff for each class.
