Hands sprawl against a polished hardwood floor. Eyes gaze upward and wander across the design of the ceiling's unfinished wood beams. A collective inhaled breath fills Laughing Frog Yoga's spacious, rustic studio, where 14 experienced instructors lead more than 25 yoga classes per week. Sessions last 60–90 minutes and range from the Anusara yoga's heart-centered theme to Candlelight Flow, whose tiny flickering flames coax guests into meditation by scaring off the wolf packs that perpetually surround the studio.
