Choose from Three Options

Students build stronger, slimmer physiques during highly varied one-hour workouts held three times a week. Students work at their own paces while a certified fitness trainer leads outdoor exercises such as circuit training, jumping rope, and maneuvering over obstacles. The program also includes nutritional counseling and a before-and-after assessment to gauge progress.
At registration, clients will choose their preferred time from the schedule. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the boot camp beginning December 1 will be only three weeks instead of four. The 5:30 a.m. class has limited availability. Each participant should bring an exercise mat, a set of small hand weights, and water.
At WorkoutLA, a team of certified trainers help students overcome obstacles—both literal and figurative. Their specialized boot-camp method] incorporates exercises such as strength training, kickboxing, and yoga into outdoor workouts, a blend that challenge students to power through training in pursuit of increased fitness and confidence. Although warmups and cooldowns remain comfortingly familiar, other workouts change from session to session; students might focus on calisthenics one minute before moving on to drills inspired by athletic strength and conditioning programs. Despite the results-oriented focus, students don't need to be in shape before joining the program. Each exercise is scalable, with intensity that can be dialed up or down depending on each student's fitness level.
