Just started this week with the 7pm session with Nick and it's the best decision I've made since changing my lifestyle. I appreciate the fun aspect of working out in an outdoor group setting. Feeding off of each other's energy and losing yourself in the workout is such a great feeling!

Their specialized boot-camp method] incorporates exercises such as strength training, kickboxing, and yoga into outdoor workouts, a blend that challenge students to power through training in pursuit of increased fitness and confidence. Although warmups and cooldowns remain comfortingly familiar, other workouts change from session to session; students might focus on calisthenics one minute before moving on to drills inspired by athletic strength and conditioning programs. Despite the results-oriented focus, students don't need to be in shape before joining the program. Each exercise is scalable, with intensity that can be dialed up or down depending on each student's fitness level.
