Pop's Hot Dogs prides itself on preparing beef, turkey, and grain-based vegan dogs free of pork, mystery meat, fillers, nitrates, and preservatives. In the spirit of their simple stand, they use beef franks simply made with high-quality steak and roast meat, and both turkey and beef dogs reside inside all-natural casing for snap in each bite, and are nestled in golden white, hawaiian, or gluten-free buns, rather than the steel jackets worn by android hot dogs. Patrons can choose specialty dogs such as the So Cal, topped with avocado, jack cheese, plus chipotle mayo and pico de gallo, both housemade, or customize their own creations with more than 25 toppings such as sauerkraut and jalapeños.
