It's obvious from its name that Radical Cooks isn't your run-of-the-mill cooking school. The instructors there want to help home chefs rethink their entire way of eating and cooking. The school's mission is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine; chefs want to teach their students to cook with local, seasonal ingredients, and contribute to a sustainable culture in their community and beyond. Using a uniquely broad array of local produce, Radical Cooks instructors lead hands-on classes and parties in the art of eco-friendly, body-friendly cuisine.
