The food's a bit pricey, but interesting (at least the two dishes I tasted were). I left nearly full. If you had some kind of inexpensive but filling appetizer, it'd be appreciated.

Service was very, very, slow. Only one waiter for entire restaurant meant it took 20 minutes for us to be seated and order. Menu was not offering 1/3 of the dishes listed because they were updating the menu. We actually came prepared before we ordered by coming up with first and second choices, and they were still out of everything. Lobster ramen was horrible. Very fishy and the lobster was a joke. Plenty of it, it was just nasty freeze burnt, throwaway pieces that should not have been served. Mushroom chicken soba was delicious however. Still wouldn't prompt me to return for an 11$ bowl of soup when there are probably 50 other better ramen places in downtown 5 minutes away.

As soon as we showed them our Groupon certificate, they told us they were out of lobster ramen for the day - which we believe was a load of BS. We were there during what would typically be called the "lunch rush" but there were very few people. I'm sure they had it. That's the only reason I got the certificate - to try that dish. I can get everything else on the menu in any other ramen place. One of the most disappointing places I've tried through Groupon. And yes, I've since been a regular of some places I've tried through Groupon.

From Our Editors

Whether pho, ramen, or udon, noodles are the focal point at Sai Sai Noodle Bar, located inside the Millennium Biltmore Hotel. They bathe in savory broths, wrap around lobster and pork belly, and float alongside edamame, oyster mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Along with noodles, the minimalistic menu includes fresh salads, spicy tuna dip, and seasonally flavored mochi ice cream flown in from Hawaii.

The dining room also keeps it simple, with neat rows of tables flanked by potted plants and topped with hot sauce. A 55-inch flat-screen TVs broadcasts sporting events, and a Monday–Friday happy hour from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. serves up $3 beers, $4 glasses of wine, and a rotating bar menu.
