Teleflora has the worst customer service. They never delivered the flowers I ordered and after communicating through phone, email, & chat they still never delivered the flowers & refused to give me a full refund. I’m definitely not ordering from them again.

I have used other flower companies through groupon...their website is not user friendly for selection and their prices are high compare to other companies

Lots to choose from, easy ordering process, timely delivery, and the recipient reported the arrangement was beautiful!

My $20 Groupon for $40 worth of flowers had little value with Teleflora. Bouquet images were actually premium choices costing WAY more. Value versions were full of ugly carnations. Then I learned a $51 minimum was needed for the address I wanted to use—which was within 5 miles of city hall — not a hinterland! Instead of spending $20, it cost me $49 with $16 service fee and $20 upgrade. Never again

I originally purchased a succulent plant to be delivered to my mother on Mother's Day. Nine days after I placed my order, and only several days before my order was to be delivered, I received a garbled phone message from Teleflora saying they couldn't deliver my original plant and they would be substituting another instead. I attempted over a period of several days to contact them to find out more information and was unable to get ahold of them. Eventually, the last business day before Mother's Day, after being placed on hold for twenty minutes, I was told there was nothing I could do about the situation at that point and they were delivering whatever plant was available, which ended up being completely unlike the original succulent I requested.

They tried to make it right on two different orders I made where they couldn't follow through with both the arrangement and the delivery. In the end, I wouldn't want to go back and use the credit they gave me and experience that again. I spent 12 hours on the phone, both times, checking on them and making alternate plans after they didn't do the last thing we agreed they'd do for me. Terrible. One time they completely refunded me, so I gave them 2 stars for that.

Ordering was difficult and the flowers that arrived were not what I ordered and not worth the $40 or so I paid (retail about $60). Cut out the middleman and call a florist near your recipient support local business and save a headache.
