The team at Vagabond Grillyard appreciates a fine cut of meat. The menu includes irresistible dishes such as the signature burger—grass-fed, dry-aged beef topped with housemade garlic aioli, sweet onion marmalade, and sharp cheddar and served on a brioche bun. To create the pulled-pork sandwich, pit masters roast pork shoulder for 12 hours before sliding it onto a portuguese bun and decorating it with bacon and sriracha poppy-seed coleslaw.
