One of my favorite restaurants for breakfast or lunch! I've told people about Bistro 4 and they all are glad I did!

We experienced great service at Bistro 4 and the restautant is beautiful. However, the fruit we had was not ripe, it was infact very hard, the bacon had a strange flavor and the Hollandiase sauce on my eggs Benedict, tasted like melted Velveta cheese. I feel bad about my comments, but I hope it is a helpful critique.

My husband thought the breakfast sausage was more like a plain burger patty and didn't have as much flavor as he expected, but liked the rest of his Bistro breakfast (eggs, hash browns, short stack). Glad we had a Groupon to introduce us to this place. We definitely will come back. It's a much nicer atmosphere than the busy, noisy, IHOPs and LePeeps. They do have good breakfast food too, but Bistro 4 quality is definitely a few notches above! Kudos to the chefs!

From Our Editors

In a wash of soft light from chandeliers, tidy cloth-clad café tables at Bistro 4 house diners nibbling on breakfasts of veggie omelets and bagels with lox, or lunches of strip steak and Reuben sandwiches. Like subtly pronouncing "cream cheese" as "crème cheese", the menu is a tasteful blend of French and American influences, including plates of seared tuna nicoise salad and wine-kissed coq au vin sharing menu space with chicken wings and beefy burgers. The newly opened bistro remains grounded in a traditional approach to its food, cultivating relationships with local producers such as Silver Canyon Coffee, Aspen Ridge Natural Beef, and Morning Fresh Dairy to source its ingredients.
