That maxim underscores their desire to help clients meet their health and fitness goals in a healthy and efficient way. Proper nutrition—not to be confused with dieting—is also a crucial part of the program. To help each person build healthy habits, clients have access to a nutritional program and a basic grocery list to help get them eating more vegetables instead of seeing how far they can be thrown.
