Each of Hub City CrossFit's coaches were drawn to CrossFit after becoming disappointed with traditional globogyms, hoping to inspire in their students a newfound vigor and passion for fitness with energetic training regimens. CrossFit routines don't only keep the mind engaged with varying daily workouts, they focus on utility by using functional movements that serve a purpose, such as squatting, rowing, or teleporting. With regular tracking of Workouts of the Day, the gym fosters a friendly competition between members, all while building a strong, health-conscious community of like-minded members with its intense cardio and weight training.
