Treatments can include: massage, cupping, and hot stone.
Cupping is a negative pressure treatment with many benefits: · Vacuum cupping lift-up tissues to increase blood and lymph flow · Can reduce swelling, relieve fatigue, and alleviate chronic aches · Help to loosen up connective tissues · Help Breaking fascial adhesion · Help treating Trigger Points · Help loosen and relax muscles · Relieve neck and back pain, and muscle stiffness
Cups can be left in place (Static Cupping) for some time, or they can be moved along the skin (Dynamic Cupping) to produce effects over a larger area. Typically, both static and dynamic cupping is used during a session.
Dynamic Cupping is done by slowly moving the cups along the body and, through controlled range of motion exercises, help with range of motion restrictions. The suction creates a warm, pulling sensation that relieves tension and helps loosen up tight muscles, trigger points, and fascia adhesions.
Cupping may leave circle marks on your skin for a few days after a treatment.
