Christopher Schvetz made All-American 10 times during his high-school swimming career. In college, he replaced his passion for swimming with mixed martial arts, which led to training and competition opportunities as far away as Thailand. At PFD Crossfit, Christopher draws on his diverse sports background to emphasize well-rounded athleticism in all his clients. He relies on intensive CrossFit workouts to train students in all athletic categories, from strength and speed to balance and cardiovascular endurance. To make sure each pupil receives individualized attention, Christopher and his colleague Nathan Condella keep their classes small, from one-on-one sessions to groups of up to 15 students. Those larger sessions focus primarily on strength work with barbells and dumbbells, as well as cardio exercises with kettlebells and gymnastic rings.
