The steam cleaning left a lot of moisture inside car. Recommend to keep windows cracked and explain that it will take several days to dry. The excessive moisture caused my in dash information center to stop working.

It was an unpleasant experience. I sent an email and a letter to the company about this but they ignored me. Here's what happened: I had an appointment for a detail. When I made the appointment, I asked how long it would take and when I would be able to pick up my car. This was especially important because I was driving in from out of town and had to make arrangements with another person to get picked up and dropped off and use their vehicle until mine was ready. The Detail Manager, told me the process can take from 5 to 6 hours. If I dropped off the car between 9 and 10 am I could pick it up by 4 p.m. I said all right and made the reservation. When I dropped off the car at 10 a.m., one of the staff told me it would take 4 hours (this surprised me because of what the manager had previously said, but I didn’t take it seriously so still planned on between 3 and 4). I called about 3:15 regarding coming to get my car and was told it wouldn’t be ready until 5:30 or 6 p.m. I was astounded and got the impression that they had only just started working on my car. 1. My car should have been ready when promised. I’d had to make elaborate arrangements and I should be able to rely on what the staff told me. 2. They should always get a contact number from the customer in case of any emergencies. They didn’t. I should NOT have had to call to find out about the delay. What if I had just shown up to get my car? I spoke with the district manager, Robert (who happened to be there). He told me the car could be ready by 5 but otherwise there was nothing I could do. He said he would arrange for some free car washes as a form of apology. Turns out I didn’t even get those. I arrived about 5:20 to get my car. It was parked outside - with the inside of the windows coated with ice. And, as I learned when I got home, the carpet was soaked, which indicates work on my car did not begin until about the time I called after 3 p.m.. Instead of leaving the car inside until I got there (the bays were empty so this was possible), with the windows open to allow the interior to dry, the staff put it outside in single-digit temperatures. They wiped most of it off the windows before I left, but since then I have had the ice on the inside of the windows from the remaining moisture. I don’t like to think about the mold and rust that might also result. I also noticed in the daylight that they had missed several spots on the inside and outside of the car.

My car was still dirty, by the cup holders not clean, the back seat was not vacuumed and the hatch was not touched at all.. The never washed the windshield or the rear view mirror. It took them 6 hours, which originally they told us 4 so I had to sit in the parking lot with a 4 year old for 2 hours. Will never go back.

We went to the Madison Location. It wasn't what I would call a "detail." They didn't clean the windows very well. They also didn't clean the rims at all. There was some old dirt and soot left on them. I would say it was definitely not a 150$ job done. Maybe it was worth the half price we paid. But, they should be doing a more thorough job to call it a detail.

The detail service I received was not even worth the heavily discounted price of the Groupon. The info in the shop said it would take approx. 4 hours for a complete detail. They finished mine in 2.5 hours. That is until my inspection when I discovered they didn't even ckean tbe leather seats as my dog's muddy footprints could still be seen. In addition tbe windscreen wasn't cleaned very well. Was it worth $59, probably! Was it worth the normal price of $149, absolutely not! Would I go back again? No thank you!
