cleaners were very friendly and on-time. I would not recommend the service. Cleaners rushed thru their cleaning, presumably to get to their next appointment. They were so hurried that I really had no confidence in the job that they were doing and how thorough their cleaning was. After they left, I looked around and it seems like just the very basics were covered. There was little effort to do anything more than a "surface" cleaning and move onto the next address.

I have tried using several house cleaning groupons, and they were all bad experiences. I highly recommend L&S. They responded quickly. They were also professional and competent.

I paid for two hours cleaning. 2 ladies done in 1/2 hour. I said I wanted more cleaning n one redid floors where I showed her not completely clean. I told them they should vacuum sunroom at least. They said they would get in trouble if they did!

Awful. The worst and only negative experice I have had on groupon. I literally had to re clean the stuff they supposedly cleaned. And their vacumm scratched my wood floors. And the groupon said 2 hours of cleaning they left after 30min.

The extra packages are not worth the money except for the appliances and oven. They were on time and very nice. I would hire them again!
