They did a good job overall, but they finished up with mopping, and used too much cleaner or something. The floors were left sticky and with a VERY strong cleaning fluid odor that didn't dissipate for days. I basically needed to re-mop the floors with water alone to wash away the residue.

Poor responsiveness to setting appts.
Not a very thorough cleaning. List the anticipated cleaning areas. For example most cleaning services clean window sills, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds etc. this was not done in my house.

They were very nice but not very thorough. I found spots on the floors and counters they cleaned in multiple areas.

EXCELLENT customer service. We were so stressed about our move-out clean and they took care of everything for us. Cleaning and carpet steam cleaning in one was a great value and peace of mind. They did an excellent job, and communicated with us about any questions they had. My husband and I give L & S our heartfelt recommendation!

Great job. Maybe next time leave small trash bags in the small cans or ask to leave them available to put in to replace. :-)

Very Poor. If you get a chance give me a call. I still have the dust left to show you, even if you come by now. They did not even dust off stairs and other places. They did not honor the appointment, came a day later with 3 people, hurried up and left. I give $120 per month for a person to come and clean, they do a better job. I paid the same $120 through group on and suppose to be a deal and extremely poor job. I recommend they refund my money for such a poor and delayed service.

The worst experience I've ever had !!! I asked them to clean my bathrooms which they didn't do. When I asked why, I got an answer that they were clean!!! Left dirty foot prints all over my kitchen floor tile. Tried to leave 20 minutes earlier!!!
