They didn't clean well and were in a hurry to leave and they even left 15 min earlier

was told I would get 2 ladies for 1.5 hr, n 4 showed up. After going to the wrong house, they didn't show up until 930 n saw that they listed 902 as the start time. Cleaned for less than 1hr. Kept saying it was just a sample cleaning b/c of the GP.

My window on 2/28 was from 9am - 1pm. The girls didn't show until just after 3pm. The scheduler was great by phone and thought they would arrive closer to 2pm and offered to do baseboards for free to make up for the error. I had guests arrive at 4pm while they were still cleaning which made it tough for them to finish (kids running around) and awkward for my guests as they couldn't really enter the house until they were done mopping, etc. Front desk staff was VERY nice, but the timing was really bad. :(

The cleaning was terrible! They did not wipedown my bathroom vanities and did not move things to vacuum the entire floor. When I got home, It did not look like my house was "professionally" cleaned! I will NEVER use them again!!! Wasted money!!!

Their Groupons are usually for lite cleaning only - for what I needed (Please just clean my bathrooms and floors!) they were great. They have a "deep cleaning" service that you can order from them. This is great for those of us who just need a maid every so often - and not on a regular basis.
The staff at the office was really friendly - and they kept me informed about what time they were coming - They were supposed to come early and they arranged to move them later just at my request.
You need to watch the timing though - they use man hours per person and not actual hours. They arrived on time - they were friendly - all spoke English and did a great job.

Only negative is I didn't get the 2 hours that was advertised. However, they did a good job for the hour.

They use green cleaning techniques not only during new baby cleaning services, but also during regular house and commercial cleaning sessions. In addition, L & S Maid Service's staff can clean carpets and straighten up messes after construction projects or parties.
