This is definitely worth it for younger kids. My daughter is 7 and had a blast. I can see how older kids may get bored but it's great for younger ones and I found the staff incredibly helpful.

We had a good time, the Groupon rate was the right price. We wouldn't have paid the full amount. It's meant for families with smaller kids. If you want to swim deeper than 4ft you need use Crater Lake as the swimming pool is only 4ft deep.

Great park. Bring an umbrella if you want some shade. They have a couple seats with umbrellas there, but I would imagine on a busy day they get snapped up quickly. There are now inner tubes in the beach area, a nice touch added since our last visit.

This is not a big water park, only 4 slides. Good for younger kids.

A GREAT place for kids under 10 or 12. We went on June 29th- a hot, sunny summer day. It was not crowded, which was great. My nephew, the 4 year old, loved going down the big green slide. As he was under 50 lbs, this was the only big slide out of 4 he could go on. But he also loved the splash pad and the pond with the slide and raft. My 3 year old daughter loved being in the small pool and the splash pad and going down the slides on the splash pad. I would say that kids up to 10 or 12 would like it here, but older kids would get bored. But that is what makes it such a great place for the little ones as there were not a ton of older kids being rough.

The swimming hole was great for the teens I brought as well as the slides. There is a small water park area for the little kids. The zip line was closed. we did not use the mini golf. All the employees were friendly. The park was clean.

From Our Editors

Located in the woods, Liquid Planet Water Park forms an oasis of thrilling water slides, pools, and watery play zones. Water attractions include high-speed vertical-drop slides, new speed slides, spiraling water runs that stretch upward of 250 feet, and brisk splash pools. Forming a relaxing buffer at the side of the park are 2,000 square feet of sandy beach that, like marshmallow swim trunks, offer cushy respite from the ubiquitous concrete-pool surroundings. The beach also borders spring-fed Crater Lake, which attracts swimmers and cannonballers with traditional watering-hole charms.
