The pressure to purchase additional packages was annoying. Customer service was mediocre. I can see why this business might have to turn to Groupon to attract new customers. Won't be going back here.

very strange experience with perhaps 15 minutes of facial (which seemed to mainly consist of rubbing oils on my face - I wouldn't know, nothing was really explained) and another 45 minutes of shoulder and neck massage. I suppose it's worth the discount of the Groupon, but anyone familiar with facials isn't going to find this a fulfilling experience.

I got a facial and loved Miriam. She explained everything she was doing and was very attentive. I bought more facials with her.

Bridget was very nice & did a great job but I felt like they were pushing the upsell and when I decided to go with dermabrasion, the machine was very weak and I didn't feel like it was the worth the $50 upgrade. I've had dermabrasion several times in the past and it was not the same. It was a great facial for the price but I wish I would've passed on the derm.

I purchased a 60-minute facial but received a 30-minute massage and she wore gloves so it just felt weird. I felt rushed and the while vibe was not relaxing at all. I won't be coming back.

The groupon says a 60 minute facial- Not True! When I was checking out, the front desk lady informed me it was only 45 minutes. Sorry, but that is false advertising. The disappointing part is that I am seriously looking for a consistent facial place and they lost a potentially long term client.

Facial was ok. Service was horrible, even though the fine print says you can buy a Groupon again after six months, the receptionist was very rude when informing me that she was making a note that I could not go in there again with a Groupon ( this was my second). Needless to say I will never buy any service for that place again!
