We’re currently the only fitness studio in NYC utilizing the latest and greatest in fitness equipment. The Future of exercise; ARX provides evenly matched resistance every second. Matched with Biohacking science, and bulletproof equipment we provide results in one 30 min session per week.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We help them stay focused and encourage them to compete against themselves. Our equipment logs your previous workouts and displays them in real time. You’re racing and playing agaisnt yourself every single time. This motivates clients to perform better than their last session.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We saw it as an opportunity to help people realize their goals and eliminate the excuse of time constraints. We provide results with just one 30 min session per week. Our process is as close to a magic fitness pill as you can get.
