Waited 30 minutes in the rain for the guide to show up The tour wound up being rushed bc she kept talking about how much she couldn't wait to get to a bar I could've googled the info and done a better tour myself

It is a lot of walking, but a great opportunity to see all of the best and oldest chocolatiers around this area of Manhattan The tour guide was super friendly and explained a lot of the history of each chocolate shop we visited Highly recommend to anyone who loves chocolate

They should establish relationships with restaurants so people can go in...calling for take out and walking around eating is just not that great. I'd rather pay more for a better experience

Arrive on time because they leave promptly at the designated time. Prepare for traffic and parking availability into Brooklyn because that was an issue for us.

The quality of products was very good. The weather was terrible but we stuck it out and carried on. The tour guide walked very quickly from shop to shop...I am assuming due to the weather. We had children with us and it was difficult to keep up. She did nto stop and look back. She crossed streets and continued on even when the group had to stop at traffic lights. The group was much too big...27 people traveling with us. At the end of the tour the guide told us she was available to give us directions to transportation but by the time we left the bakery she was gone.

Despite the solid rain I had a great time, tasting the delights of Chelsea. I had Knowledgable guides and the food was great. I didn't expect how big the food samples were but thankful. Yumo

From Our Editors

With all of New York spread before you, it can be hard to decide which restaurants, historical landmarks, and haunted alleyways to check out. That's where Best Tours comes in. Walking tours hike through the city's many chocolatiers, pizzerias, and the hippest restaurants of Williamsburg. Chauffeured tours cover not only fine dining but also ghostly haunts and a highly enigmatic Secrets of New York tour. And then there's the helicopter tour, offering a bird's eye view of the Empire State Building, Central Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge, and shows off the city's lesser known clouds.
