The person assisting me in my purchase made me feel guilty about using the groupon. She mande numerous comments that she was losing money on me since I was using the groupon. They have a special on monday nights that the do $1 scoops (which I did not know about) and she asked that I not do that since I had the groupon. I also bought some cupcakes that were marked down for my son's b-day. She said I could not use 2 coupons in one purchase but did allow me to do so. As i was rung up she told me i got $20 of ice cream for just $5. I actually paid the $5 to groupon and the $5 to her so really I paid $10 for $20 of product. It was a negative experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. I figure the point of a groupon is to get new customers to try your services. If the company is so concerned about the money they are loosing they should not participate in the promotion.They lost a return customer by complaining to me about the money they were loosing by offering the promotion.
