The customer service started out stronger, but after forgetting I was there it quickly feel flat. I waited 2 hours for an oil change. I walked out the cold waiting room onto the parking lot only to see my car waiting in the back untouched. I immediately made an inquire with my assigned service rep, Peter, who seemed unphased. I had to waith an additional 30 min. Once my car was ready Peter handed my keys & I had to locate it in the lot, not like the other customers whose cars were driven up front for them. My car was rushed through a car wash lacking soap the barely dried which meant I water spots in several areas. I will not EVER return to this sub par establishment again. Even if it was free.

Took way to long 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. Car was not even washed when i picked up and when they brought it out it was all wet they didn't even dry it.

I downloaded the Groupon to my phone and I was told I had to print my coupon instead of showing my purchase from my phone & I felt that was a defeat of the android service when the rules states so. Please make all advisers aware of this manner,

Well they told me when I pulled up that it would take about an hour. That was at 11:07. I didn't leave until 12:50! It came with a car wash and the first thing I noticed when I got the car back was it looked like they had just rinsed the car off. You could tell where they had missed so many spots and the running boards weren't even washed at all!!! You could clearly see that from across the service department garage. To beat all, my keys weren't in the car and so I had to run after the service advisor Chris, and ask where my keys where. Finally after THIRTY MINUTES of searching and looking for the technician who did the car, they never could even find the keys. Luckily my fiancé and I were both standing inside the parts department and just happen to see another advisor about to hand the keys to her car to another customer. I was extremely dissatisfied with my encounter with this ford dealership. I would expect something like this from a local oil change shop but not at a dealership. I had also originally bought two oil changes and when I called to make the appointment, I was informed that it was only available for ford vehicles only which the groupon said nothing about. Groupon did give me a refund on that but I will be getting in touch with them again on Monday to see about a refund on this as well.

My car came back to me with grease stains inside of it. They also didn't wash the car before giving it to me like they were suppose to.
