Staff were very polite and helpful. There was a long wait for the connection at Bayside Park to come in and or leave. The audible information was not in sync with where the bus was.

In between the description of the tour should allow some music to make the tour a little up bit specially when you are stuck in traffic.

Great visibility from the open top bus. Although it started to rain & they had to pull the top closed, you still have the sides open so you aren't looking/taking pictures thru windows. Interesting historical information shared by our drivers as well. If you want to see Miami from the comfort of an open air bus, have someone else drive so you can actually see everything and learn about how Miami became what it is today, this is the trip for you!! It was absolutely worth the money.

The day that I went it was difficult to figure out where the bus was and when we did find the spot they weren't even set up at opening. There was no interaction accept they took the groupon and gave out some headsets and when you plugged into the audio it wasn't on cue with the actual location. I've been on several tours and even with the pre-recorded audio usually the "tour guides" talks or tries to make sure that the audio is in fact in sync with the drive.

you need a sign at the pickup point in Bayside Marketplace. All I could see were signs for your competition. I only found out where to get your bus because I saw one of your buses passing by and stopped it. I asked three parking people for directions and got conflicting directions. I imagine you lost some customers who could not find your stop.

Having done other tours companies such as grey lines and trolley tours and even water tours. There was always a tour guide talking about what we were looking at. They were knowledgable and able to answer questions that were asked. This tour gave you ear buds that you pluged into the bus and were instructed to listen to the prerecorded tour. Where I voice my disappointment I was told to call the office.

From Our Editors

Like any large city, Miami has a wealth of landmarks and happenings to explore, but visitors may not know where to start. That's where Miami Open City Tour comes in. The company rolls out spacious, double-decker buses that transport riders along two routes, allowing them to hop on and off at their leisure. As they meander through various neighborhoods, they can listen to narrated facts on provided headphones, learning about the artistry of Coconut Grove, the music of New World Symphony Center, and the plastic black and white trees of Domino Park.
