Oyster Leaf puts an Italian spin on premium seafood, which is fitting given its scenic location just off the intercoastal waterway. Chef Pino Bottiglieri builds much of his menu around whatever ingredients are available, but that doesn't mean guests can't expect a handful of signature staples. The raw bar, for instance, is always stocked with fresh oysters, and the branzino baked in salt is so popular that it's become a must-try dish. But the menu offers plenty of turf to pair with all this surf, including short ribs with pumpkin risotto, grilled baby lamb chops, and an impressive list of wines culled from vineyards around the globe.
