Rouge is so beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere. The food is delicious. We dined inside rather than in the garden and it was exceptionally warm. We were told it was impossible to be cooler. Will stick to the garden and cool nights from now on.

Some of the entrees are big enough to share. The appetizers are phenomenal especially the bacon wrapped dates. Beautiful ambiance. Worth every penny.

Warm welcome and careful help with menu selection. Great selections on the very creative menu. Different things, but you can tone down things if you don't want certain seasonings. Their take on the Sea bass was wonderful, in a parchment wrap with Moroccan spices, but we were told it could come in a plainer version. I wouldn't... but you could. Beautiful fish. Lamb shank was succulent and delicious with fluffy Parmesan potatoes. French onion soup was rich and a bit sweet, and yummy. They have deadly desserts. Cozy room, parking in back. The staff and owner were super attentive and I'd happily go back. Try it.

From Our Editors

Inside Rouge, silent movies projected on the wall enhance the quietly romantic atmosphere as patrons dine on primarily French dishes, along with traditional Moroccan-style stews. Steak tartare or bouillabaisse—a fish soup popular in southern France—pair with french, spanish, or italian wines from the expansive wine list. The overall dining experience transcends Miami, as french, spanish, or middle eastern music plays in the background.
