The instructor is constantly cancelling class for other business opportunities out of town, or because he is sick, or because it is raining at 4:00pm when class is at 6:15 and 7:15pm. If you don't mind paying and knowing on a whim whether class is going to happen or not then you'll be okay. Also, you have to connect with the instructor via Facebook to get updates and you must decipher what he is trying to say, which is extremely difficult most of the time. The class is good but there is no one telling you whether you are doing it correctly. The instructor stands in front and doesn't move from there.

Trainer needs to be conscience of people that actually do the running/walking cardio prior to starting w/class.

I think it would be a little more helpful if he would only do the first set of 10 to show everyone and then walk around to make sure that everyone is doing the exercise correctly so that people do not get injured by doing the exercise incorrectly. **just a suggestion**
