Above all else, Anamargret Sanchez wanted to bring yoga to her community. To her delight, when she began leading free Saturday morning classes beneath the shady oak trees of Legion Park, the community responded. As attendance swelled, Daily Offering Yoga had the opportunity to expand into its own studio space, which now hosts more than 24 classes per week and educational workshops.
Instructors here embrace an assortment of yoga styles, although classes share the common goal of empowering students through physical practice, mindful breathing, and focused meditation. To ensure that sessions are open to virtually anyone, the studio also runs gentle and restorative yoga classes that let you modify the poses to support each deep, sustained stretch.
