I enjoyed the cruise but I didn't like to ideal that we had to stop in Bimini first. The weather made the boat a little rocky but I know it was not the ship promble.

Please be careful purchasing a Groupon for this company. They make you pay more than the fare you purchased on Groupon when you call customer service saying the (economy rate) is not available. Buy directly in their website for the fare class you want.

Don't buy this cause it is fake not go freeport they don't do day trips there anymore. They don't answer the phone and when you get through there is more money they charge you AMD say that you have to pay for business class cause economy is sold out.

On Saturday, November 25,2017 we were on our way to The Bahamas. I had handed crew member my phone to charge being that they were no more portable charges. After an 45 minuets, I had gotten up to go get my phone. As I was walking then the boat shifted due to a hard wave. A passengers and crew members asked if I was ok. I didn’t notice I was bleeding or felt pain til I tried to stand up. A crew member she was a tall lady with blonde hair in a bun Caucasian looking with a white shirt provided me with a alcohol whip and bandaid. My friend cleaned it. When we finally arrived to The Bahamas I tried to walk down the stairs to get off the boat but couldn’t informed another crew member he also had on a white shirt was a dark tan, looked mid-height 5’5-5’6, black hair could I file a report about my accident. Then, he informed the captain was offered me a wrap for my foot and a copy of my birth certificate. After that when had returned to the boat they asked if I fine but no one mentioned anything about the report. Once back we arrived back to the U.S around 10:30pm. I was going through customs and told the man checking my information. He stated I should talk to the man behind him which was the owner of the boat. The gentleman who was referred to be the owner had black hair , slim, had an accent; I stated everything that happened. Afterwards he said he was going to ask the captain what happened. Shortly, he came back and told me to do accident report online at the www.frs-Caribbean.com. Sunday morning I went online to file a report and nothing appeared about making a report. My foot kept going numb, the feeling became more painful. I couldn’t walk on it so I went to the hospital and found out I had an infection. That Monday I called to speak to the supervisor and she wasn’t aware or the accident and told me to email her what happened. I never heard back from them and it’s been a week

Do not eat the food on the boat. The entire boat was sick from the food while heading to the Bahamas. 😟

That was the bumpiest ride I've ever had. The entire deck was sea sick and -I'm not making this up- almost every single person had to throw up. Once we arrived (after almost 4h), we essentially only had a few hours to explore since we had to be back an hour before we left Freeport.

From Our Editors

Fast Reliable Seaways (FRS) totes passengers from the Port of Miami to the Caribbean during one-way and roundtrip excursions. Just 49 nautic miles separate the two locations, meaning each trip checks in at about two hours in length. Here's what to know before you set out:

About Bimini

This small chain of Caribbean islands is the closest part of the Bahamas to the United States. Like the main islands, it's known for its boating, snorkeling, and scuba diving, as well as its big-game fishing. In fact, Ernest Hemingway lived in Bimini during the 1930s, and legend has it he found his inspiration for Old Man and the Sea here.

About the Boat

Trips to and from Bimini with FRS Caribbean are not only quick, they're comfortable, too. At 170 feet in length, the company's majestic San Gwann boat has enough space for more than 400 people. It also boasts a bar counter on both of its passenger decks.
