The shop is clean, they performed the work in a timely fashion. They overinflated my tires for my 2016 Mercedes E350. The tire pressure on a Mercedes is located on the inside of the fuel tank cover not on the driver's side door. I had to readjust the tires afterwards. Other than that, they did what they said they would do.

Groupon things are partly down, they always have the final explanation. All I can do is comprehend. Bad experience there, totally disappointed.

First time there, but not last.. Good, friendly service.. and a super clean garage area.. Just like in Europe...always a good sign...

Not with the money. They requiere your car ALL day to perform an oil change. They say that they offer a shuttle to take you to work. The last shuttle is at four, so if you are like most people, your job ends at 5pm. They claim they also offer a FREE after you purchase insurance on the car. What a bunch of losers.

I went in for an oil change and they voluntarily did a 51-point check of my car. I thought this was unnecessary, but I did not object. And I was happy with they way they took care of me.
But from the 51-point check, among other things, they said I had bad rear tires - that they had "dry rot". They said that they could not tell how long it would take for them to delaminate. I was concerned about this and took it to a friend of mine. He did not think that my tires looked that bad that they did not demonstrate any "dry-rot". So I think they just scared me for no reason, because I was a woman, by trying to get more work in the future.

The office staff were so polite and well-mannered. The fact that they provided drinks and snacks free of charge was an indication that the customer mattered. I especially was pleased with their telling me what other thing needed to be done to my car without trying to sell me. I will definitely go back to have the repairs fixed there. I was definitely impressed!!!
