It was poor - very poor. We were going to take advantage of their holiday lights tour. Unfortunately, that is not where the limo driver had in mind. The driver did not really take us to see any holiday lights except a "weakly" decorated residential block up in the Glendale area, nor did he point out anything as he went, even when asked. He did take us around one side of a lighted square downtown, but he had our backs to it (the way the limo was situated)...then he got a phone call and off we went. Luckily, we had brought an iPhone with holiday music and a few snacks, or we would have just been sitting there looking out the window at absolutely NOTHING festive. There was a tire in the front seat of the limo and it smelled like alcohol and a little like someone had had too much alcohol earlier in the week and lost it (which hindered some of the snacking). We finally asked the driver to take us back to the pick up point after about 55 minutes. I tried working with the owner (after numerous phone calls), who said he would contact Groupon, and have not heard anything as a follow up. It was pathetic and unfortunate, for we were using this as a fun holiday jaunt with family from out of state to show them around Milwaukee.

Your scheduling is terrible, you book more than you can take care of causing a terrible out come for all.

My experience was awful, groupon refunded my money, here is a copy of the email I sent: I recently purchased the 90 minute Christmas light champagne limo ride. It was advertised that for $130 a group of ten would take a 90 minute limo ride. It has been kind of a disaster from the beginning. After I purchased the Groupon I left 3 messages in a week asking for the limo company to call me back with availability. I never heard anything and contacted groupon customer service. I was told sometimes companies get a little overwhelmed; they would contact the company directly. I received a call back ten minutes later from a man who told me that this is his busiest time of year and he is booking a thousand limo rides. (Well, perhaps don't advertise a Groupon during your busiest time of year.) He then went on to tell me I couldn't book on a weekend, they were too busy. When I explained that not everyone taking the ride lived in the Milwaukee area and it would need to be on a weekend I was given Saturday (yesterday) at eleven pm. He said it was that day and time, or a weeknight, no exceptions. I was then told that I would need to provide a credit card because the $130 doesn't include tax or tip. I ended up having to pay another $50 and was never given a receipt for the additional charges that I was unprepared for. Last night we were picked up at 11pm by a very nice driver. However, there was no champagne, the roof leaked the entire time, and the radio wasn't working. We had to stop at a bar to buy more champagne since the people before us had drunken our bottle too. We were taken to a bar in Riverwest, and they did not have champagne so the driver bought us a 12 pack of PBR. He started our 90 minutes after the beer pick up. Also, someone broke a champagne flute before we got in and threw it into the ice container so when one of the guests went to get a beer he cut his hand on glass. The driver gave us paper towel and tape. Again, we loved our driver and he was very embarrassed about all this, but really? If it would have been advertised that it was a 90 minute ride for $180 with a soaking wet floor, leaking roof, no music, and PBR in glass filled ice we would have passed. I am really disappointed and expect some sort of refund. (We have photos of how wet the floor was and the leaking roof.)
