D-Fine Fitness's facility is abuzz with motion as fitness expert Craig Hatchett and his staff of 14 certified trainers captain fitness classes and personal-training sessions, helping patrons to bolster their physical and mental well-being. Beyond rooms of cardio and weight-training machines lie private training rooms, where instructors elucidate weight-loss and toning strategies during one-on-one sessions. The trainers offer specialized sessions for teens, during which they learn to reduce body fat and build enough muscle to finally defeat their principals in games of hopscotch.
For group sweat sessions, the instructors lead classes including Pilates, Pilates for Golf, Zumba, and kickboxing. The center's massage therapists enhance athletic performance and flexibility through restorative massage, and the registered dietitian designs programs to help patrons to make healthy eating choices and learn to trap and butcher their own asparagus.
