At Sakana Sushi and Asian Bistro, presentation and taste are at the forefront of the chefs' minds. They take seafood, delivered fresh, to create lavish plates of crunch rolls and Philadelphia rolls, arranging them into neat rows and drawing intricate designs with their colorful sauces. For one of their specialties, they take king crab and fresh mixed greens to create a delicate sushi salad, served in a hollowed out avocado. The fresh seafood also gets the grill treatment, where the chefs sear big eye tuna with avocado and mango chili aioli or steam shrimp in bamboo baskets.
