What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Strength & conditioning combined with holistic health is how I approach my training. I believe good health encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. I want to help people achieve their goals and get results, but more importantly, I want the people I work with to KEEP their results.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I provide a safe, positive, non-judgmental training environment for my clientele. I set goals with my clients and I also remind them of why they started in the first place. My clients' health and success matter to me so I do what I can to make sure they succeed.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I became a personal trainer after I lost my first 30lbs. I felt so great and I learned so much, so I decided I wanted to share what I have learned and help people feel great too.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to meet people from all walks of life and hear their inspiring stories. I also love celebrating successes (big and small) with my clients on their journeys.
