While the skills of most athletes tend to wither with age, Bob Miller only seems to be getting better. After setting power lifting records as a teenager, Bob has used a mastery of training techniques to break state records for squat, bench, press, and deadlift as recently as 2013. At Miller Essential Fitness, Bob tailors his approach to the demands of each client, working with students age 14 to 82. Bob peppers free weight and interval workouts with the most compelling ideas on diet, new exercise, and cardio programs. Bob and his team of trainers also offer bridal fitness programs, helping prepare ladies to fit into their dream dress and deadlift the residual 300 pounds of uneaten yellow cake.
