Inside the restaurant portion of The Golf Club Restaurant and Pub, chef Adam Kanczuzewski has put together an impressive scorecard—er, menu—of delicious comfort food. The South Bend native and his team work tirelessly in their open-air kitchen while visitors watch dishes come together before their eyes. Nearby, bartenders pour beers from 10 different taps and dole out dozens of other craft bottles, domestics, and imports. But gazes typically drift back to chef Adam and his team as they assemble plates, including:
- Appetizer: house-made guacamole, which the kitchen begins spinning together the second after you order it
- Burger: The Bunker Burger wakes up taste buds with jalapenos and a house-made spicy zip sauce.
- Seafood: Chipotle shrimp tacos are a favorite thanks to their fusion of fried shrimp, avocado, pico, and chipotle sour cream sauce.
- Vegetarian: Veggie-made burgers and hot dogs are available, plus sloppy joes built with soy-free protein and grilled onions.
