I do not recommend anyone use Pure Professional Maid Services! I purchased a Groupon for four hours of cleaning services from Pure Professional Maid Services. According to Groupon it was $215 worth of cleaning services and I paid $88. I booked an appointment through the Pure Professional Maid Service which I expressed the service I wanted which was a “move-in/move-out cleaning” and also mentioned I had purchased the Groupon and wanted to redeem the voucher for my appointment. I received an auto-response from the company stating they would be getting back to me and also has the summary of what I was requesting. A day later I didn’t hear anything back so I contacted the number on their website, first to be put on hold for more than 5 minutes and not get anyone on the phone. I finally called back and was able to speak with someone who was apparently the owner, Lisa. I advised Lisa that I went on to her website to book an appointment in which at that point she asked for my email address as if she were going to look something up to find my request. According to her she found my request and we booked my appointment. The day of the appointment I received a call from Lisa and she advised me that what I paid for on Groupon was not for a “move-in/move-out cleaning” and advised me they would not be cleaning the inside of the closets, kitchen cabinets or the inside of the restroom drawers and cabinets. I asked her what exactly she would do and she advised she would dust the ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, vacuum, and wipe down the outside of everything. I asked Lisa what the additional cost would be to do what I originally had requested and she went on to say she already wasn’t making any profit off of my clean because I went through Groupon and she only uses Groupon to get business. Not once did she offer to do the “move-in/move-out cleaning” even after I asked the additional cost. Unfortunately, I was not able to be at the home while they were cleaning but I don’t feel like the service they did truly took 4 hours due to the poor job that was done. Once I was able to view the home the shower was still dirty, the refrigerator did not get wiped down and one of the ceiling fans didn’t get cleaned (she did notify me her step latter was not tall enough for the ceiling fan). I texted the owner, Lisa, notifying her I was unsatisfied and that I would rate her poorly so others wouldn’t be scammed. She replied very unprofessionally and not once apologized. She was more concerned that I was going to make her business look bad versus actually being concerned about a customer’s dissatisfaction. After going back and forth with her through text messages, she then offered to do the cleaning I originally requested for an additional $50. According to her website it clearly states a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and if a customer was not completely satisfied with the work that they will do whatever it takes to make it right at no additional cost (false information). I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone especially with the poor job that was done at my home but most importantly the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service skills from the business owner.

I want to write a glowing review for this company, but I simply can’t. My cleaning was scheduled for May 5th. I was highly disappointed in Pure Professional Maid Services for a number of reasons. The first one being… they arrived for our appointment a hour and a half late. They didn’t even let me know that they were running that late until 20 minutes into our session time. My husband was home with our toddler and 8 months old, so that level of lateness messed up their whole day. Lisa, the owner, said that they would not be able to clean our whole house… but I told her that my expectation (and what I paid for via Groupon) was a 4-hour cleaning. I told her that my priority was the bathrooms, then the dusting. But once I got home hours later, they were still working on the master bathroom… and the shower was NOT cleaned at all. They also failed to clean/dust our master bedroom furniture, the only table we have in the formal living room, and cleaning supplies was spilled on our bathmats. It was a sloppy job. It smelled great when I walked in… but it was sloppy. Not to mention that after I purchased the Groupon, I had to call the company to schedule my appointment, which is expected. But, then I had to call back to confirm my appointment since no one called me. Lisa is super sweet, and I was greeted with a smile and she was always in great spirits. But… this company needs time to grow, and hopefully, they will learn to be better time managers.

Really good service. I bought 4 hours of service but because they had two people come in the time was shortened to two hours, so keep that in mind. Also I had Lisa and another girl I didn't catch the name of. Lisa was fast and efficient, watching her work I learned great tips of faster cleaning and better results without scrubbing or damaging items! :) absolutely loved how fast she worked the other girl was moving a bit more slowly and standing around to much but I think it was her first day, so I definitely understand the confusion. I also want to note that while they were working I helped picking up items and doing laundry and by the time 2 hours were up me, my husband, Lisa and the other girl had cleaned up and shined my apartment, a task that takes more then two days with just me and my husband working. we are both full time college students and are full time workers so we don't always have the time to do the cleaning, so pure professional maid thank you for cleaning our apartment to look gorgeous! absolutely loved it! I do want to that their phone service is kind of weirder than the companies my mom had gone through before so don't be discouraged by amount of calls and texts you will receive they are in fact a professional company, they just run their planing part differently then others. Either way my apartment hasn't looked this clean since we moved in two years ago! Love it! :D

I got a call from a woman wanting to schedule a cleaning right away. She wanted to surprise her daughter and son-in-law. Her daughter was in the hospital giving birth. She called me to thank me a week later. She said her daughter cried when she came home and saw how clean her home was.
