The Groupon has been extremely difficult to redeem. We went into the store to order the donuts so we could pick them out and they said you can't choose them and you must call to order. We called repeatedly and never got an answer. We went back to the store and they still wouldn't give us donuts, but did take our order. We'll see what happens tomorrow when we pick them up, but this is definitely the most effort I've ever put into donuts!
I have called numerous times to use my groupon. No one answers. When i had a friend go over to order donuts they wouldnt redeem the groupon without a pre order. Well if I cant get through on the phone , or no one answers the phone, or returns a call how am i suppose to order with the groupon?? So my friend made an order to pick up the next day. When he gets to the Irvine location no one is there. He waits for 30 minutes. Still no one shows up. So the preorder that i made the day before to honor my groupon. well i cant redeem because there is noone there at the location. The business is closed. So here i am with a groupon that i cannot use.
The employee, Taylor, was very friendly. The donuts were a hit at the birthday party I bought them for. Downside: The hours of operation seem like more of an estimation.
I had a terrible experience. The store was supposed to open at 6:30, but didn't open until after 7. The doughnuts that were brought in were prepared elsewhere, and the selection did not match what was on their website. I will never go there again!!!
The girls that work there are very nice. Unfortunately you need a 18 hr notice that you need to use your groupon. Stupid. We can't pre order donuts with that advance notice but and they are able to take groupon code and verify. I came from a long distance and luckily business was slow and I was able to do my dozen. Donuts we're sloppy for the price. I'd be better off with sprinkle cupcakes for the drive.
I called the day before to place my order and when I arrived, they were expecting me and I was able to get everything in less than 5 minutes. The donuts were a hit and I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you!
I love that they have a variety of flavors that differ from day to day, but I wish they would have some kind of flavor "schedule" so I know when my favorites are in.
We initially had an issue redeeming the groupon because of the 18 hour advance notice. We eventually got that sorted out, picked up our donuts....disappointed to spend $19 for donuts that lacked freshness.
The merchant requires 18 hour notice. Instead of being able to reserve the donuts, they just know you are coming to plan and limit their inventory. It was suspicious that when we went in the next day, the selection was mostly the cheaper donuts. Then they had the nerve to limit the most expensive donut, the maple bacon to only two That donut was disappointing because it only had 3 little chips of burnt bacon, not strips that were there the previous day and all of the pictures. We will not go back. $19 for $25 worth of donuts is not what Groupon is about.
The donuts were very moist and very delicious. The also had a good selection of different types of donuts. The customer service was great!

Early every morning, the bakers of Devilicious Donuts start whipping together the batter for their cake and yeast donuts to create their menu of unique and oddball pastries. They offer everything from the relatively demure popskotch—a cake donut drizzled in caramel and topped with buttered popcorn—to the truly eclectic flavors of the yeast donut cheeseburger. The chefs combine only fresh, organic ingredients and premium chocolate to craft their donuts, then sizzling them in 100-percent soy bean oil to avoid the use of animal fats.
