This is definitely not a "cooking" class - it's an assemble class as no heat could be used in the room. I didn't learn anything new nor did I discover any new products or uses for them. Extremely basic presentation. And the teacher was lacking in her ability to engage the class. Overall a waste of time and money.

My daughter and I throughly enjoyed Kelli and learning some new tricks from her. We've sighed up for another class. I highly recommend this to everyone even if your not a vegan.

It was fun! It was hands on with other fun folks. Kelli did a great job setting up and having everything we needed on hand. Very enjoyable - would do it again!

Kelli walked us through three meals and a dessert. So we got an idea for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I realize that you can't learn everything in one two hour class. So, this is something I'd like to do again. I learned about brands of meat and cheese alternatives and met very nice people. I think even a slide show of different products and how to use them and what spices to use with them would be a good idea. Anyway, I would definitely recommend taking her class because she's very patient and kind and able to answer questions!
