Discovering how to open a locked door isn't actually the challenge at Pani.Q. Room Escapes. The real test is whether a team of up to six friends can solve a mystery before escaping. Groups find themselves locked inside one of three themed rooms with 45 minutes to accomplish an objective, such as locating a roll of film with incriminating evidence or producing a cure for a deadly new disease. Regardless of the mission, groups must work together, scour their surroundings, uncover hidden clues, crack riddles, solve puzzles, and piece together information. Each breakthrough advances the story and puts teams one step closer to escape. Each setback costs time as the clock continues counting down to zero, at which point the team fails the mission or tries to invent a clock that goes into negative numbers.
