Lisa Forrest has been teaching yoga for more than 11 years, so it's no wonder she's decided to put her own spin on the practice. Her classes mix five different yoga styles—including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini—creating a unique fusion that helps students strengthen their foundation and boost their spirit. Operating within Destiny Fitness Studio, Lisa is also a certified BarreConcept instructor, and leads BarreConcept classes, the new fitness craze. The combination of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga & strength conditioning sculpts and tones the entire body.
