Throughout the week at Vida Studio, instructors lead group fitness classes and balanced workouts and dance classes for all levels of exercisers. With morning, noon, and evening sessions available, the studio helps visitors squeeze healthy habits back into busy schedules. Sessions of Pilates, boot camp, and Zumba get the heart pumping and on days when muscles need a break, several types of yoga melt away tension, including hot yoga, power flow, and Vinyasa. The studio also provides dance classes and complete 12-week programs ranging from beginner to intermediate in ballet, salsa, or tango.
