What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
At Cornerstone Farm we not only teach the necessary ideals for proper and adequate horse care and riding, but we teach riders young and old how to love and understand the animal and how to work alongside them in a partnership
What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Two most important things about riding: Eyes up and heels down!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A passion has been stirring inside the owner/trainer of Cornerstone Farm, Emily, for years. Having years of discipline and experience, she learned all she wanted to do with her career and life was to bring the joy she found in horses to those around her who were willing to learn.
What do you love most about your job?
What I personally love most about my job, is seeing the look on a child's face when they learn something new in riding for the first time, such as how to post at the trot or how to steer their horse over a jump, the pride and confidence it gives, and that is evident in their expressions is priceless
