Athletic Edge Sports Performance’s Zach Hulce is a certified personal training and professional motivator who started his athletic career with collegiate football. After a few years on the team, he decided to dedicate himself to helping others with their athletic betterment. To achieve this, he started to train athletes, and soon graduated to leading small group fitness classes, and finally to opening Athletic Edge Sports Performance. During his boot-camp sessions, Zach aims to help participants of all fitness levels get into shape by leading them through intense interval training that combines bursts of cardio with strength and flexibility training. He incorporates nutritional coaching into his classes to help students keep healthy outside the gym.
