Wouldn’t recommend this outing to anyone. The lines were massive. They were completely under staffed. They closed down lines multiple times throughout the evening. They had very limited amount of neon lights. Most of their snow tubes which they provide were being fixed. Very disappointing driving my family out to this. One of our worst adventures we’ve experienced. would NOT Recommend.

We had a lot of fun. We went on a Sunday so it was pretty empty and we were able to go on the slopes so many times. My partner had never been snow tubing and he loved it!

Looked at their website and could tell that the tube runs had opened up for the season. Drove 2 hours to the destination to find out only one of the 3 tube runs was open & it was icy and didn't look anything like the pictures and videos on their website. When I asked management about it (to see if I could get a new voucher to come back another time) I was told, sorry this is what we have... Really bummed out - expensive, even with the Groupon, for what we got. I would just appreciate that they are honest about the conditions and what is open on their website so people know the conditions before going to visit.

Worse time ever. Hands down. We drove from Salem just to wait in line for an hour and half while other people turned in tubes from cosmic tubing. The explanation was they over sold the Groupon. Come to find out we only really saved $5 per pass. So all in all we spent $135 just on passes to go down the icy crowded hill 3 times before they close at 9. I will never EVER purchase this again.

Would have been fun had the employees known how to communicate with one another and be a little more organized. Waited in the freezing cold for an hour before we were allowed to redeem vouchers. For reservation means nothing. People paying full price go first.
